Scope: this informational website

This static website describes a product under development. Its current source contains no account system, contact form, payment flow, gameplay upload, analytics, advertising, third-party embedded content, or browser-storage code. Styles and illustrations are served as part of the site.

The selected hosting plan is Cloudflare Pages. When deployed, Cloudflare may process connection information such as IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and secure the site. HOONSU does not add visitor analytics or export visitor logs in this build. Cloudflare describes purpose-based retention for service delivery, security and legal obligations rather than a single fixed period for all network records. Its South Korea addendum identifies overseas processing locations and network transfers upon collection. This does not mean every visit is processed in every listed country. HOONSU does not operate a separate visitor database or add analytics scripts to this site. Cloudflare may make service and security information available in its dashboard. The 90-day inquiry rule below does not describe Cloudflare network-log retention. See Cloudflare privacy information.

Inquiry information and retention

When you contact support@hoonsu.gg, the operator uses your email address, any sender name you provide, message contents, and related replies to answer your inquiry and handle related follow-up questions. Do not send passwords, payment information, identity documents, or gameplay recordings. Inquiry correspondence is not used for marketing or model training.

Correspondence needed for related follow-up is kept for no longer than 90 days after resolution. It is deleted sooner when no longer needed, unless a specific legal obligation requires retention. This is HOONSU's maximum operating period, not a statutory retention period or permission to retain unnecessary information. The operator manually deletes the inquiry and related replies from the Dynadot and Gmail mailboxes, including their trash folders.

Email delivery and service providers

Dynadot Email receives and stores support mail. A copy is forwarded to the operator's private consumer Gmail inbox; the private address is not published. Replies are sent through the support mailbox. Delivery and forwarding settings have been configured, but end-to-end delivery remains unverified.

These services can involve processing outside the Republic of Korea. Consumer Gmail is used; Google Workspace processing terms are not claimed to apply. Provider-controlled security records and backups are separate from the operator's mailbox copies and are not covered by HOONSU's 90-day deletion promise. Your choices and requests

You can browse the informational site without sending an inquiry. Once delivery is verified, you may contact the operator to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your inquiry information, subject to applicable law. Only the information needed to locate your correspondence and verify your request will be requested. See the inquiry request procedure. No HOONSU account is required.

The planned HOONSU application is separate

The intended app may use an opted-in player's own gameplay recordings, relevant input signals, game events, engagement measurements, private profile history, coaching tasks, and service-credit records. These are product plans, not a statement that this website collects those categories or that the app is publicly available.

Personal coaching and optional contribution for model development must have distinct consent and controls. Raw footage, player identifiers, and personal development materials are not included in this website.

Precise collection conditions, processing purposes and legal bases, processors, storage locations, access controls, retention periods, deletion and withdrawal behavior, and age requirements must be documented against the implemented service before its launch. Internal prototype policies are not automatically public service commitments.

The project is presented as HOONSU — Independent Development Project. Operating country: Republic of Korea. Privacy contact: 홍준기, support@hoonsu.gg. The mailbox and forwarding destination are configured; end-to-end delivery verification remains pending. Please use this contact for website privacy questions once delivery is verified. Security and changes

Inquiry access is limited to the operator. Do not submit information about other players or unnecessary sensitive information. Changes to this notice will be published on this page with an updated date. Changes to the application's future data processing will be disclosed before those features collect data.
